  磷酸盐缓冲液（Phosphate Buffered Saline,简称 PBS）是常用的用于生物学研究的一个 缓冲溶液,它是一种水基盐溶液中含有氯化钠,磷酸盐。PBS 缓冲液有助于保持恒定的 pH 值,其渗透压和离子浓度通常与人体 pH 相近（等渗）,本产品 pH 为 7.2-7.4,溶解后浓度 0.01M。

主要成分：
  氯化钠 137 mM 磷酸氢二钠 10 mM 磷酸二氢钾 1.76mM 氯化钾 2.7 mM

使用方法：

      使用时用双蒸水稀释到2000ml后即可使用。

溶解后请尽快使用。

注意事项：
