■ 制品说明
本制品是通过基因重组技术克隆表达的缺失突变型RNase H-的M-MLV反转录酶。一般的野生型M-MLV (Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus) 具有以下几种活性：依赖于RNA的DNA聚合酶活性；依赖于DNA的DNA聚合酶活性；RNase H活性。由于RNase H能够催化降解DNA/RNA杂合体中的RNA，因此在cDNA第一条链的合成反应中可能会降解RNA/DNA杂合体中的模板RNA。
本酶M-MLV (RNase H-) 的RNase H活性缺失，延伸能力强，可用于较长的cDNA合成以及高比例的全长cDNA文库的构建等。

Purified from an E.coli strain expressing a recombinant enzyme.
 
■ 活性定义
以Poly (rA)·Oligo (dT) 为模板/引物，在37℃、10分钟条件下，掺入1 nmol的 [3H] dTTP所需要的酶量定义为1个活性单位 (U)。
 
■ 用途
1. 1st-Strand cDNA的合成。
2. cDNA Probe的制备。
3. RT-PCR反应以及Real Time RT-PCR反应。
