NEBNext^® Single Cell Lysis Module

This module contains the NEBNext^® Cell Lysis Buffer and Murine RNase Inhibitor, which are optimized for lysis and storage of cells for use in the NEBNext Single Cell/Low Input RNA Library Prep workflow.
 
This module can be used to supplement the NEBNext^® Cell Lysis Buffer and Murine RNase Inhibitor components supplied in the NEBNext Single Cell/Low Input RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina^® (NEB #E6420) and the NEBNext Single Cell/Low Input cDNA Synthesis & Amplification Module (NEB #E6421).
