SNAP-Surface® 649
SNAP-Surface 649 is a photostable fluorescent substrate that can be used to label SNAP-tag® fusion proteins on cell surfaces and in solution.
- This is a non-cell-permeable substrate (BG-649) based on the Dyomics dye DY-649P1
- It is suitable for excitation with a 650 nm diode laser or use with Cy5 filter sets
- It has an excitation maximum at 655 nm and emission maximum at 676 nm
