主要生产线

（1）人血小板因子4（Platelet Factor 4 human）

血小板因子4（PF4；也称为CXCL4）在巨核细胞和血小板中合成。血小板因子 4是一种由70个氨基酸组成的蛋白质，由活化血小板的α颗粒释放。它的主要生理作用似乎是中和血管内皮表面的分子，从而抑制局部抗凝血酶III活性并促进凝血。作为中性粒细胞和成纤维细胞的强化学引诱剂，PF4可能在炎症和伤口修复中发挥作用。Oncostatin-A是CXC趋化素家族的成员。人PF4用于证明诱导的血小板减少症。此外，它还用作肿瘤治疗期间血管生成的抑制剂。

chromatec提供重组人血小板因子4、亲和素标记的人血小板因子4、人血小板因子4重组变体、以及抗人血小板因子4抗体系列产品。

（2）颗粒溶素（Granuylsin）

颗粒溶素（GNLY）是细胞毒颗粒蛋白，与穿孔素和颗粒酶共同定位于人的细胞毒T淋巴细胞（CTL）和自然杀伤细胞（NK）溶细胞颗粒中，也释放至健康人和患者外周血中。GNLY是机体抵抗多种病原微生物和杀灭肿瘤细胞的重要物质。

（3）血小板膜糖蛋白II b / III a（glycoprotein II b / III a）

chromatec提供分离自人血小板的血小板膜糖蛋白II b / III a。
