Immudex SARS-CoV-2产品简介

SARS 2019冠状病毒疾病的细胞CD8+T细胞直接通过体外单细胞RNA（SCRNA）和TCR序列在PBMCs 33例急性COVID19以及六和12个月后感染。使用HLA-A*01:01、HLA-A*11:01和HLA-A*24:02 MHC-I dCODE Dextramer®试剂检测SARS-CoV-2特异性CD8+T细胞。

研究描述
后果
对时间表型变化的scRNAseq分析根据基因表达将SARS-CoV-2特异性CD8+T细胞分为12个不同的簇（图1A）。集群1、2和12主导急性期，而集群11主导恢复期（图1B）。簇1、2和12对应于细胞毒性、活化和增殖细胞，而簇11富含IFN、TNF和LT-α基因。
TCR测序显示，持久性克隆的数量随着时间的推移而减少（图1C），并且这些克隆富含参与IFN-γ应答、IFN-α应答和TNF信号传导的基因。非持久性细胞富含mTOR信号基因和与有丝分裂相关的基因（图1D）。
