Immudex SARS-CoV-2产品简介

研究描述
后果
对时间表型变化的scRNAseq分析根据基因表达将SARS-CoV-2特异性CD8+T细胞分为12个不同的簇(图1A)。集群1、2和12主导急性期,而集群11主导恢复期(图1B)。簇1、2和12对应于细胞毒性、活化和增殖细胞,而簇11富含IFN、TNF和LT-α基因。
TCR测序显示,持久性克隆的数量随着时间的推移而减少(图1C),并且这些克隆富含参与IFN-γ应答、IFN-α应答和TNF信号传导的基因。非持久性细胞富含mTOR信号基因和与有丝分裂相关的基因(图1D)。
