描述

该检测试剂盒用于定量测定人血清和血浆中游离（非肌动蛋白复合物结合）维生素D结合蛋白（VDBP，也称为GC球蛋白）。该套件仅供研究使用。

背景

维生素D结合蛋白（DBP）是由肝脏分泌的58kDa循环糖蛋白。它结合约85％至90％的循环25-OH-D2 / 3和1,25-（OH）2-D3，调节活性维生素D的生物利用度，并将其转运至靶器官。循环中只有不到1％的25-OH D2 / 3是游离形式。全长DBP含有476个氨基酸，包括16个氨基酸的信号序列。在生物学上，DBP可能直接和间接地涉及调节骨代谢。

循环DBP还以1：1的分子比与肌动蛋白结合，而这种蛋白质复合物被肾脏除去。在患有创伤，败血症或多器官衰竭的患者中，DBP浓度降低。据报道，尿DBP是接受冠状动脉造影的患者的主要肾脏事件的生物标志物。
