BcMagTM硫醇活化的磁珠是均匀的二氧化硅基超顺磁珠,表面涂有高密度硫醇
官能团(2-吡啶基二硫化物)(图1)。这些磁珠用于可逆地偶联含硫醇的
配体。BcMag™硫醇活化的磁珠适合与大蛋白结合。建议将BcMagTM长臂硫醇
活化的磁珠用于小肽的偶联,因为长臂(17原子)亲水性
接头可以减少空间位阻。

  • 推荐的偶联条件:pH 4–8、4至25°C,3–16 h。
