成立于1964年，nordic提供超过1700种人，小鼠，猴和大鼠免疫球蛋白类及其子类的特异性抗血清。nordic的产品都是高度有效的抗体；80%是在冰冻组织中的免疫组化检测，几乎70%的我们的产品已经测试和流式细胞仪检测50%以上是在Western blot检测。其他应用包括IHC对石蜡包埋组织（40%），免疫沉淀法（15%）和免疫荧光（6%）。

IgY Antibodies

 

IgY是一种免疫球蛋白，最早于1893年描述，当时Klemperer1报告免疫的鸡产生的蛋黄和血液中都可检测到抗体。他指出，蛋黄和血液中的抗体浓度相似，尽管最近有报道称蛋黄中IgY的浓度更高2。当Klemperer在1800年代后期描述鸡肉免疫球蛋白时，他没有将其命名为IgY。在20世纪上半叶，在鸡血和蛋黄中发现的主要免疫球蛋白被称为IgG。直到70多年后，莱斯利（Leslie）和克莱姆（Clem3）才创造了IgY一词，并不是因为在蛋黄中发现了免疫球蛋白，而是因为禽类抗体与哺乳动物免疫球蛋白对应物（IgG）有足够的差异和抗原性区别。现已知道，IgY是鸟类，爬行动物，两栖动物和肺鱼中的主要免疫球蛋白类别。

背景 
SPARC是细胞-基质相互作用以及可能的肿瘤侵袭性的关键因素。SPARC基因编码一种在组织发育，重塑和纤维化中起作用的多功能糖蛋白。SPARC是细胞与细胞外基质（ECM）相互作用的调节剂，代表了肿瘤浸润期间发生的ECM重塑的主要因素。在计算机分析中发现4个UTR-SNP位于SPARC基因的3 -UTR中，对应于1474 ga，1551 gc，1922 tg和2072 ct的变化，这与组织的肿瘤状态显着相关。在所有命中中，2072 SPARC多态性与癌症的关联性好。因此，SPARC是一个与多种疾病有关的基因，包括类风湿性关节炎，硬皮病，肿瘤的发展和转移。

mAb K1 可识别双链 RNA (dsRNA)，前提是螺旋长度大于或等于 40 bp。dsRNA 识别与抗原的序列和核苷酸组成无关。迄今为止研究的所有天然存在的 dsRNA（40-50 种）以及 poly(I).poly(C) 和 poly(A).poly(U) 都已被 K1 识别。正如 Schönborn 等人所述。K1 对 poly(I).poly(C) 的亲和力高于对其他 dsRNA 抗原的亲和力，尽管表观结合常数的差异在不同的实验条件下可能会有所不同。

应用 
MAb K1 可用于 ELISA、dsRNA 免疫印迹、免疫亲和层析，在某些系统中还可用于免疫组织化学（参见参考资料）。对于任何特定应用，抗体的最佳工作稀释度应通过滴定确定。请注意，dsRNA 免疫印迹之前的核酸分离必须通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳进行，因为从琼脂糖凝胶印迹后检测的灵敏度要低得多。不得用于临床目的。仅供体外使用。

储存 
重构后的抗体应分装并储存在 -20 °C 或 -70 °C。加入 10 mM 叠氮化纳后，未稀释的抗体也可以在 +4 °C 下短时间保存。对于长期储存，mAb 应保持冷冻。应避免重复冷冻/解冻循环。当保持冻干时，产品在 -20°C 或 -70°C 下可保持稳定 10 年。
