HeLa (cervix adenocarcinoma) cells were grown to confluency in DMEM plus 10% fetal bovine serum. Genomic DNA was isolated by a standard genomic purification protocol (1), phenol extracted and equilibrated to 10 mM TrisHCl (pH 7.5) and 1 mM EDTA.

PureHelix™ 基因组 DNA 制备试剂盒（柱型）设计用于从全血、组织培养细胞、动物组织、植物组织、酵母和革兰氏阳性或革兰氏阴性细菌中快速、高纯度地分离基因组 DNA。该试剂盒是一种基于离心柱的方法，可以*去除二价阳离子和蛋白质等 PCR 抑制剂。结果，可以通过用低盐溶液或水洗脱获得高纯度的基因组DNA。在不使用苯酚的情况下，该试剂盒是安全的，不会产生任何有害废物。使用该试剂盒纯化的 DNA 适用于多种应用，例如 PCR 扩增、限制性内切酶消化和膜杂交。

从 500 μl 液体培养的大肠杆菌（2 x 10 9细胞/ml）和胡椒叶组织、牛肌肉和人血中分离基因组 DNA 。按照制造商的手册进行基因组 DNA 的纯化。
