2×Flash Hot Start MasterMix (Dye)

　　本产品是一款高效、热启动、快速PCR预混液，由新型高效的热启动酶、PCR Buffer、Mg2+、dNTPs以及PCR稳定剂和增强剂组成，浓度为2×。其中的新型高效热启动酶可使PCR反应得到更高的产量，有效抑制低温条件下引物的非特异性退火及引物二聚体引起的非特异性扩增，其反应延伸速度可达5 sec/kb，适用于快速PCR反应。独创的MasterMix配方使整个反应体系非常稳定，超过98%的PCR扩增能一次成功，同时复杂模板也能得到有效扩增，并可最大限度地减少人为误差和污染。本产品已加入染料（蓝色），反应结束后可直接进行电泳检测。扩增得到的大部分PCR产物3′端附有一个“A”碱基，可直接用于T/A克隆。

Details

The amine phase can be used either in normal phase for the purification of compounds with basic properties & for monosaccharides separation; or as a weak anion exchanger (pKa of 9.8). At pH 7.8 or below, the functional groups are positively charged. It facilitates the rapid release of very strong anions such as sulfonic acids that may be too strongly retained on SAX.

Packed with SiliCycle’s 25 μm spherical silica gel, SiliaSep PREMIUM flash cartridges will give you better resolution for difficult purifications, sharper peaks, higher loading capacity and faster separations.

Details

The quaternary amine is permanently charged (pH independent). It is commonly used for the extraction of weak anions (such as carboxylic acids) that may not bind strongly enough to weaker anion exchangers. Analysis of acidic drugs and analgesics, biomolecules (peptides and proteins) and water-soluble vitamins (vitamins B and C).
