客户问:

关于c-fos抗体有两个问题:

首先,您是否更新了产品?包装瓶和说明书与我们购买的产品不同以前。新说明书上写的是100μl特异性抗体(冻干),复原时加100μl H2O,旧说明书上说是50μg特异性抗体(冻干),复原时加入50μl H2O,得到1mg/ml PBS溶液。

第二,我是否应该像新的使用说明书一样,溶解反主体?加入100μl水溶解抗体可以吗?

 谢谢你的电子邮件。您可能已经注意到,226003是我们的产品之一,而且需求量仍在增加。
该产品是一种多克隆抗体,新批次的生产非常具有挑战性。为了保证我们的客户有稳定的质量,我们决定将抗体的形式从μg改为μl。这样我们就可以小心地调整产品,以避免大批量的变化。客户现在得到的产品总是在相同的稀释范围内工作。事实上,客户从一个小瓶中得到的染色/化验数量甚至比之前的批次增加了一倍。

Dear Daisy,

thank you for your question. As you may have already noticed #226003 is one of our best selling products and the demand is still increasing.
This product is a polyclonal antibody and the production of new batches is very challenging. To guarantuee a constant quality for our customers we decided to change from a μg to a μl format of the antibody. This way we can adjust the product carefully to avoid huge batch to batch variations. The customer now gets a product that always works in the same dilution range. In fact the amont of stainings / assays the customer gets out of one vial hase even been doubled compared to the batch before.
