SiliaSep Accessories – Isco™ – FlashMaster™ Compatible Adapter Kit (KAD-1016)
The plungers commonly used with this type of open-top cartridges can be replaced by a universal adapter kit. One piece holds the cartridge in place while the other connects to the solvent line inlet. By doing so, you will have access to wider choice of cartidges (format and sorbent) and significantly reduces the amount of hardware required (plungers).

产品简介：
PBST即磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS），由氯化钠、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠等组成，含0.05%Tween20，不含Ca2+、Mg2+，pH值为7.4，多用作ELISA清洗液，亦可用于清洗Western Blot实验中PVDF膜或NC膜。
使用方法：
本产品为10×浓缩液，使用时需用蒸馏水或去离子水稀释为1×后使用，例如配制1L PBST (1×)工作液，取100ml PBST（10×）加入900ml去离子水混匀即可。
注意事项：
1、 没有用完的PBST可以室温保存一周左右，如果发现洗涤液出现浑浊、沉淀等异常现象，需废弃。
2、 本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。
3、 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
