Instant Sticky-end Ligase Master Mix
Instant Sticky-end Ligase Master Mix will ligate these substrates:

Nicked DNA/RNA
Specifically formulated to rapidly ligate cohesive-end (2–4 bp) substrates and improve transformation, Instant Sticky-end Ligase Master Mix is a ready-to-use 2X solution of T4 DNA Ligase and a proprietary ligation enhancer in an optimized reaction buffer.
- No incubation time necessary to achieve ligation
- No thawing of the master mix is required as liquid state is maintained when stored at -20°C
- Simplified reaction setup with optimized ratio of enzyme and buffer components
- Ligations for subcloning can be carried out in small volumes with low DNA concentrations, allowing users to conserve precious DNA samples and directly transform many strains of chemically competent E. coli without dilution
- Other T4 DNA Ligase products include Quick Ligation Kit, Salt-T4, Hi-T4, and Blunt/TA Ligase Master Mix

NEBNext® Ultra™ End Repair/dA-Tailing Module
This module is part of the original Ultra™ workflow, and is optimized for use with the NEBNext® Ultra Ligation Module (NEB #E7445), for Illumina®-compatible library construction. The original Ultra workflow enables library preparation from 5 ng – 1 μg of input DNA in a streamlined protocol.
However, we now recommend use of the more recent NEBNext Ultra II DNA workflow, which has been further optimized to provide increased yields of high quality libraries from a broader range of input amounts (500 pg – 1 μg), and a NEBNext Ultra II End Repair/dA-Tailing Module (NEB #E7546) is available.
