Barry Sharpless)发展出一种新技术,其所具有的高效和高控制性,在化学合成领域掀起了一场风暴,成为目前医药领域吸引人的发展方向,被业界认为是未来加快新药研发有效的技术之一。“点击化学”的基本思想就是利用碳-杂原子成键反应快速实现分子多样性,一般由叠氮化物(azide)和炔烃(alkyne)作用形共价键,具有高效稳定,高特异性等优点。反应不受PH影响,能在常温条件下的水中进行,甚至能在活细胞中进行
