TentaGel®M NH 2单分子氨基TentaGel微球

TentaGel®树脂是由低交联聚苯乙烯基质组成的接枝共聚物,在其上接枝了聚乙二醇(PEG或POE)。PEG间隔基通过乙迷基团连接到基质上,该基团增加了对酸处理的稳定性并使PEG浸出小化。由于PEG是具有疏水和亲水性质的“变色龙型”聚合物,因此接枝共聚物显示出改性的物理化学性质,其由PEG部分(不再由聚苯乙烯基质)高度支配。这些接枝共聚物是压力稳定的,可用于间歇过程以及连续流动条件下。PEG间隔子在MW 3000 Da的范围内。

这种树脂的微球形和单一尺寸特性使其可用于自动分选机,用于创建巨大的库,高速合成等。
