产品简介：

Trans-Zeatin Solution (反式玉米素)是一种天然的细胞分裂素植物生长调节剂，常用于植物组织培养，诱导细胞分裂和芽的形成。反式玉米素易溶于醋酸和水。反式玉米素和其他细胞分裂素在植物细胞培养中被用来刺激植物细胞分裂和诱导芽的形成。

本产品是Trans-Zeatin的即用型溶液，浓度为1 mg/mL，并用0.22 μM滤膜过滤除菌。使用时一般工作浓度是0.01-5 mg/L，依植物种类不同工作浓度不同，具体查阅相关文献。

产品介绍 Poly-L-Lysine solution is intended for use as an adhesive subbing solution for immunohistochemistry(IHC) and routine histologic staining preparations. The loss of paraffin and frozen sections from slides has long been a problem during routine Histologic staining procedures. Various adhesives including albumin, gelatin and chrome alum have been applied to slides to minimize this loss. Different solutions of Poly-L-Lysine have been shown to be most effective in promoting adhesive of sections. The polycationic nature of this molecule allows interaction with the anionic sites of tissue sections resulting in strong adhesive properties. Poly-L-Lysine has been demonstrated as an effective tissue adhesive for use in various microwave procedures.

简介
多聚赖氨酸溶液是广泛应用的组织切片与玻片黏合剂，该多聚阳离子分子与组织切片上的阴离子相互作用会产生较强的黏合力。
适用组织学，免疫组织化学，冰冻切片，细胞涂片，原位杂交等使用的玻片的防脱片处理，以防实验操作过程中组织掉片。也可用于细胞培养，增加细胞贴壁能力。
Poly-L-lysine的中文名为多聚赖氨酸，简称PLL。本Poly-L-lysine为Poly-L-lysine hydrobromide，分子式为L-Lys-(L-Lys)n-L-Lys·xHBr，分子量为150,000-300,000，CAS Number 25988-63-0。
本产品为进口分装。分子量大于70,000的多聚赖氨酸可以用于促进细胞贴壁生长，本产品可以用于促进细胞的贴壁生长。本产品也可以用于组织学(Histology)分析时的粘片剂。
使用说明：
1． 灭菌的蒸馏水1:10稀释该多聚赖氨酸溶液。
2． 用之前将稀释的多聚赖氨酸溶液放在室内，使其温度到室温18-26℃
3． 将玻片浸在稀释的多聚赖氨酸溶液5分钟。注意增加时间不会提高包被效果。
4． 在60°C烘箱1小时干燥，或室温18-26℃过夜干燥待用。

注意事项：
1． 每100ml已稀释的多聚赖氨酸溶液要包被的玻片40-90张，超过90张片子将影响其黏合力。
2． 用之前的玻片必须保持清洁。必要时用含1% HCl的70%乙醇溶液来清洗。
3． 不要在用过的稀释液中加新的溶液。
4． 释过的多聚赖氨酸溶液要放在2-8℃，至少在3个月内是稳定的。
5． 用过的稀释液要过滤，若出现浑浊或长菌要丢弃。

产品介绍 DTT is frequently used to reduce the disulfide bonds of proteins and, more generally, to prevent intramolecular and intermolecular disulfide bonds from forming between cysteine residues of proteins. DTT is oftentimes used along with sodium dodecylsulfate in SDS-PAGE to further denature proteins by reducing their disulfide bonds to allow for better separation of proteins during electrophoresis.
DTT is used as a reducing or “deprotecting” agent for thiolated DNA. The terminal sulfur atoms of thiolated DNA have a tendency to form dimers in solution, especially in the presence of oxygen.
